Sinan Borovali has over 10 years of experience in serving international corporate clients with respect to banking and finance, securitizations, real estate projects and mergers & acquisitions. His experience includes advising corporate real estate development companies in their real estate projects, contractual agreements and compliance with zoning regulations. He also has extensive expertise in dispute resolution, including litigation and execution procedures, in various sectors. He has previously held positions at Yarsuvat Law Firm, Pekin & Bayar Law Firm and Pekin & Pekin Law Firm, whereby he has advised international clients and led projects in relation to banking & finance, real estate, mergers & acquisitions and dispute resolution. He speaks Turkish, English and elementary German.
