Burcu Acartürk Yıldız has extensive expertise in serving corporate clients and financial institutions in relation to banking and finance law and capital markets law. Her experience includes advising financial institutions and leading projects with respect to securitization, issuance of Eurobonds/Fixed Income Debt Securities, acquisition finance, public offerings, anti-dumping law and mergers & acquisitions. She has previously led the Structured Finance Department of Pekin & Pekin Law Firm as Partner wherein she served foreign financial institutions and capital markets institutions in capital markets law, regulatory compliance, banking & finance and Islamic finance. She speaks Turkish, English and elementary Chinese.
